Our rings are made to standard UK sizes, with EU and US equivalents included. Need a half size? Just drop us a note when you order.

Getting the size right matters — engraved rings are very difficult to resize, and in some cases impossible. The good news is it's straightforward to check:

• Visit any jeweller — most will measure your finger for free in a couple of minutes
• Measure an existing ring — the inside diameter in mm converts directly to a UK size
• Use our ring multi-sizer — ideal if you're buying a surprise gift and can't ask

Buying for someone else? Try to find out their size before ordering rather than guessing — it's much easier to size up a little than down, and engraved rings can't be returned if the size is wrong.

Most orders are made and dispatched within 1–2 working days — often faster. Custom pieces requiring proof approval may take a little longer, and dispatch times can be slightly extended when we're away.

With a little care, your silver ring will look beautiful for decades — and regular wearing actually helps keep it at its best.

• Keep it clean and chemical-free — remove your ring before swimming, applying perfume or sunscreen, and household cleaning. A quick rinse and dry after wearing goes a long way.
• Store it well — keep it in the gift box it came in, or any airtight container. Silver tarnishes faster when exposed to air and moisture.
• Polish occasionally — a soft cloth is all you need for everyday shine. For a deeper clean, mild soap and warm water works perfectly.

If your ring does tarnish, that's completely normal — it's a sign it's real silver, not a flaw. A gentle polish will restore it in minutes. We also offer a rhodium plating service for anyone who wants extra tarnish resistance — just get in touch for current pricing.

Matte finished rings may show tarnish a little more readily in summer months, particularly with sunscreen or perspiration. Simply remove before applying and it won't be an issue.
