It’s always best to get your finger sized rather than measure from other rings due to varying ring thicknesses, existing rings might be mid-shaped and accuracy of measurement. We measure all our rings to middle line (centre, not leading edge) - if in doubt please contact us first.

Choose a design that carries meaning for you, from a handwritten mark to a symbol you want to keep close. The substantial silver ring becomes a personal piece to wear yourself or a thoughtful gift for someone important.
How to design your signet ring
- Find your ring size. Check your size before ordering and make sure it is available. If you are unsure, order a ring multisizer or visit a jeweller to get sized. Most rings can be altered for a nominal charge, but large size changes are not possible. For example, a ring ordered in UK size M cannot be changed to size Z.
- Add your engraving details. Describe your chosen design in the personalisation field when ordering. Please check out with an email address so I can contact you about your artwork. You are welcome to email me first with any questions.
- Review a digital mock-up. I can send a draft on screen for you to approve. Artwork is not shown to scale: the ring face measures approximately 11mm x 12mm, so your engraved design will be much smaller than it appears on screen. A physical mock up engraved to size is not possible - your piece will be completely bespoke based on your artwork and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- Your ring is made and finished. I will custom make, engrave and finish your ring in a day or two.

Our bespoke signet rings are individually designed and hand-engraved in solid silver or 9ct gold castings. We can create your personalised ring using:
- Your family crest
- Custom artwork or drawings
- Custom fonts or copied handwriting

Our rings are made to standard UK sizes, with EU and US equivalents included. Need a half size? Just drop us a note when you order.
Getting the size right matters — engraved rings are very difficult to resize, and in some cases impossible. The good news is it's straightforward to check:
- Visit any jeweller — most will measure your finger for free in a couple of minutes
- Measure an existing ring — the inside diameter in mm converts directly to a UK size
- Use our ring multi-sizer — ideal if you're buying a surprise gift and can't ask
Buying for someone else? Try to find out their size before ordering rather than guessing — it's much easier to size up a little than down, and engraved rings can't be returned if the size is wrong.
Delivery
Delivery
Most orders are made and dispatched within 1–2 working days from design approval. This is our making and processing time, not the delivery time.
Custom pieces requiring proof approval may take longer, and dispatch times may be extended when we’re away.
All jewellery is sent fully tracked. Delivery times below start after dispatch:
UK delivery: Free standard delivery is sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48, with an estimated delivery time of 2–3 working days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Other UK options include Tracked 24 and Special Delivery.
International delivery: Orders are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery times vary by destination.

Caring For Silver Rings
With a little care, your ring will look beautiful for decades — and regular wearing actually helps keep it at its best.
- Keep it clean and chemical-free — remove your ring before swimming, applying perfume or sunscreen, and household cleaning. A quick rinse and dry after wearing goes a long way.
- Store it well — keep it in the gift box it came in, or any airtight container. Silver tarnishes faster when exposed to air and moisture.
- Polish occasionally — a soft cloth is all you need for everyday shine. For a deeper clean, mild soap and warm water works perfectly.
If your silver ring does tarnish, that's completely normal — it's a sign it's real silver, not a flaw. A gentle polish will restore it in minutes. We also offer a rhodium plating service for anyone who wants extra tarnish resistance — just get in touch for current pricing.
Matte finished rings may show tarnish a little more readily in summer months, particularly with sunscreen or perspiration. Simply remove before applying and it won't be an issue.
