Shipping policy

Shipping is Free to the UK and International destinations except the EU which is subject to a delivery charge to account for GSPR an IOSS, though some countries have temporarily been removed from shipping due to lengthy delivery delays or issues sending silver via customs due to the countries hallmarking policies that are beyond our control as makers within the UK.

Orders are shipping using fully trackable air mail and Royal Mail services within the UK & Internationally, and insured to the relative value of the parcel. Uk Shipping is 1-3 working days using either Tracked 48, Tracked 24 or Special Delivery depending on the order value.

All shoppers who enter their email address will receive details of their tracking numbers on dispatch of their order.

Please be sure to enter your shipping details correctly and make sure someone is available to receive your delivery as parcels often need a signature and cannot fit through a letterbox.
