Returns & Refunds

We want you to be delighted with your jewellery. We offer a full refund for standard goods, excluding any shipping charges. 

Personalised & Bespoke Items

Please note that the majority of our pieces are personalised or custom-made to your specific requirements. Under the GOV.UK guidance on distance selling and EU Consumer Rights, the 14-day right to cancel does not apply to: 

• Customised products (e.g., engraved, personalised, or bespoke orders).
• Products made in non-standard sizes.
• Gift Vouchers. 

For these items, we can only offer a refund or exchange if the product is faulty or not as described. 

Incorrect Delivery Information

If an item is not delivered or is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we reserve the right to issue a refund for the order total less the actual cost of postage incurred (including international shipping costs and any duties paid). 

To return a standard order, please:

• Notify us: Let us know the reason for the return and whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
• Condition: Items must be in their unworn, new, and re-saleable condition with original product packaging and receipt.
• Packaging: Package the item safely and securely to prevent damage in transit.
• Shipping: Return by registered post or courier, ensuring the item is insured for its full value. You will be responsible for all delivery charges.
• International Returns: Mark any shipping documents or waybills with 'Return of British Goods' if you are returning the jewellery from outside the UK.
