Christmas Returns & FAQ

We offer an extended returns policy for orders placed as Christmas gifts.

If your jewellery isn't right for the recipient, is not engraved, and hasn't been made to order you're welcome to return it to me for a refund between 3rd January & 15th January 2024.

If you've ordered a necklace or bracelet and it's not the right length, I can exchange it for a longer/shorter one for you when I return from the Christmas break.  Just drop me an email to with your request and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

If you've ordered an engraved ring for someone and it doesn't fit I can resize it for you for a nominal charge.  It's much easier for me to take a ring larger than smaller, and resize quotes are done on a case by case basis depending on by how much the ring needs to be resized by, but typically it's just between £15 and £25 mainly to cover insured return postage.

If your ring hasn't been engraved then you're welcome to return it for a refund.

In the unlikely event that I've made a mistake on your order, such as sending the chain length, please accept in advance apologies for the oversight. Mistakes rarely do but sometimes can happen, especially during the hustle and bustle of the festive period. Please accept my heartfelt apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Rest assured, I'm committed to making things right. As soon as I reopen, I will prioritise addressing any errors and promptly replace or amend your order to ensure your complete satisfaction.
