I'm away with the family from 23rd August 2022 until 7th September 2022 visiting Turkey - a very long overdue overseas trip, and our first in years!

What does that mean for my orders?

Unfortunately this means I'm not around to do engraving and make specific ring sizes.  I'll be giving you the option to have your jewellery without engraving and we'll include a free returns label so you can give your gift blank, then send it back to me for engraving when I return, or for us to hold off sending your order until after I return.

Given that there's also Royal Mail postal strikes on 26 and 31 August and the 8 and 9 September 2022 which will delay things further on my return, so unfortunately deliveries won't start arriving until after 10th September. 

What if I have something to return, resize or exchange?

If you're returning something that's not been engraved for a refund or exchange it would be helpful to not mail it to me before 10th September to avoid your jewellery being stuck in the middle of postal strikes. If it's something engraved and you need a different chain length, again please hold off sending it back to me before this date.

If it's something that's not quite right and you have a query please email me personally on hello@offthemapjewellery.com and I'll get back to you ASAP as I will be monitoring all my emails whilst on holiday every few days - the care for a small business never really takes a break!
