Disappointed

Nice piece but expensive for size and weight. If I had been guessing at the price I would have placed it between £30 and £40; in which case I would have been delighted.

Hello I'm very sorry to hear you're disappointed - I've reached out in private to you to discuss a return and refund. To price this piece at £30 it would have to be made of brass or similar and not solid silver, I wouldn't be able to include free worldwide delivery, free engraving (which takes me a long time to do) and free gift wrap. All my pieces are made in very small batches, hand finished, custom engraved by me, wrapped and boxed by me and I take great pride in each piece but I fully appreciate it's hard to gauge the size of things remotely so am happy to accept it back for a refund . Anyhow, I hope we can reach a resolution as there's nothing I hate more than a disappointed customer. Kind regards, Stevie
